All services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions while full session fees still apply.
Liability Waiver
By receiving services, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release the practitioner and affiliated business from liability except in cases of gross negligence or misconduct.

Refund Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client in need of care.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the session fee. This policy applies to all bookings, including prepaid sessions and packages.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full session fee still applies.
Emergencies
We understand that genuine emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. Exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
Therapist Cancellations
If we must cancel your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any prepaid amount.
Refunds
Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable. Prepaid sessions, packages, or gift certificates are also non-refundable but may be transferable upon approval.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at any time if we believe it is not in the best interest of the client or practitioner, or if professional boundaries and safety policies are not respected.
